Thoroughly trained the department heads, supervisors, marketing, front office, food & beverage service, and housekeeping team; prepared organization structure, job descriptions, job grades, salary structure, department manuals, restructured the human resources head count, enhanced the human resources record keeping system of the hotel including the preparation of employee handbook and prepared varying sample letters; designed new standard menu to various outlets, prepared sales packages, room rate categories, designed brochure, developed & implemented internal promotion & merchandising initiatives, launched advertisements & sales calls & helped the hotel to penetrate market, prepared the hotel budget, prepared SMART plan to tackle the challenges in hand, brain-stormed & generated ideas that help to minimize cost & maximize revenue, trained department heads on the techniques & implemented it, formed & trained teams on service excellence & quality maintenance initiatives, took several service standard & quality maintenance measures and improved the overall hotel performance.
