Served in Sheraton Addis for three years as a concierge and for over ten years as a chief concierge and managed to help the hotel concierge team to join the prestigious concierge association “Golden Keys”, got an appreciation letter from the vice president of Europe, Africa and Middle East region for my achievements during my career with the Starwood Hotels and Resorts World Wide. Moreover, I used to be department trainer on top of my chief concierge responsibility and provided extensive trainings to associates within the concierge department during my thirteen plus years career with the Sheraton Addis Hotel.
