Thoroughly trained the department heads, supervisors, front office and food & beverage service team, prepared organization structure, job descriptions, enhanced the human resources record keeping system of the hotel including the preparation of employee handbook, developed a credit policy to tackle huge bad debt, prepared sales packages, room rate categories, designed brochure, launched sales calls & helped the hotel to penetrate the NGO market segment & maintained over 85% occupancy, designed questionnaire, played major role in the hotel budget preparation, prepared action plan on ideas that help to minimize cost & maximize revenue, trained department heads on the techniques & implemented it, took several service standard & quality enhancement measures and improved the overall hotel performance within the hotel during my four years career as the general manager of the hotel.
