Prepared the hotel organization manual, organization structure, manpower budget, job grades, salary structure, job descriptions, department manuals, sales packages, standard brochure, room rate categories, directory of service, prepared the list of furniture, equipment, linen, and other necessary materials for the new hotel, actually involved in the procurement of the items from UAE,  supported the hotel management in furniture and equipment procurement and installation process, software selection, installation, & training, advised the hotel management to refining the design of revenue outlets, hotel kitchen, rooms, and hotel features, handled the recruitment, hiring, and training of all employees including supervisors and managers, played major role in the hotel budget preparation, conducted competition check & SWOT analysis, played  vital role in the hotel pricing strategy, designed strategies that can help the new hotel to penetrate market and successfully handled the consultancy work and pre-opening work and  opened the hotel.
