Handled the pre-opening, opening and management of the hotel including manpower recruitment, hiring &  training, establishment of the hotel finance, food and beverage, front office & housekeeping systems, provided support on the procurement of furniture, fixture, equipment, soft furnishing and other stuff for the new hotel, designed brochures and TV advertisement materials, personally went out on sales calls, launched a public relation efforts to attract market as the hotel is not ideally located & consequently helped the hotel to penetrate market in a very challenging circumstance.
